Room prices are as follows: Standard Rooms: $125.00 per room per night, for up to 2 people in a standard queen/twin room. � Standard rooms are all internal rooms with only a skylight window (no opening window). Superior Rooms: $149.00 per room per night, for up to 2 people in a superior queen/twin room. � Superior Rooms are all external rooms with an opening window to the outside. Hot Buffet Breakfast: for an additional $15.00 per person, per night, a buffet breakfast can be included in the above rates. This must be requested when the booking is made. If a guest does not specify they want breakfast included, they will be booked at the above room-only rate. Additional Guests: the above room rates are valid for up 2 people per room. For any additional guests, there is an extra fee of $36.00 per person, per night on top of the above rates (for the additional bed only - add another $15.00 to have breakfast included).
